Position: Supervisor
About: Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is looking for a dedicated RN Clinical Unit Supervisor for Med Surg/Tele to provide excellent patient care management and support the nursing team. The hospital is committed to promoting a high-quality care environment and patient advocacy while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor of Sciences degree in nursing required; minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing with at least one (1) year of Clinical Unit Supervisor experience; current California Nursing license; certification in Medical/Surgical Nursing preferred; basic EKG competence; bilingual skills preferred; basic computer skills; current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications; experience with Electronic Medical Record preferred
