About: Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Unit Supervisor for the Med Surg/Telemetry department. The hospital is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and fostering a positive working environment for its healthcare teams.
Requirements: Bachelor of Sciences degree in nursing; minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing with one (1) year of Clinical Unit Supervisor experience; current California Nursing license; certification in Medical/Surgical Nursing preferred; basic EKG competence; bilingual skills preferred (Spanish); basic computer skills; current Basic Life Support (BLS); current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); experience with Electronic Medical Record preferred
