Position: Supervisor
About: Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Unit Supervisor for the Med Surg/Telemetry department. This full-time position involves overseeing patient care, promoting staff development, and ensuring high-quality, individualized care based on the Watson Model of Care.
Requirements: Bachelor of Sciences degree in nursing; minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing; minimum 1 year of Clinical Unit Supervisor experience; current California Nursing license; certification in Medical/Surgical Nursing preferred; basic EKG competence; bilingual skills preferred (Spanish); basic computer skills; current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications; experience with Electronic Medical Record preferred.
