About: Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Unit Supervisor for the Medical-Surgical and Telemetry departments. The hospital values excellence in patient care, effective communication, and a positive work environment in line with its mission.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry and 1 year of Clinical Unit Supervisor experience; current California Nursing license; certification in Medical/Surgical Nursing preferred; basic EKG competence; bilingual skills preferred; basic computer skills; current BLS and ACLS certification; experience with Electronic Medical Record preferred
