Position: Supervisor
About: Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Unit Supervisor for the Medical Surgical/Tele 5th Floor. This role involves overseeing nursing care, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care under the leadership of the Nurse Manager, and collaborating with medical staff and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements: Bachelor of Sciences degree in nursing; minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing with at least one (1) year of Clinical Unit Supervisor experience; current California Nursing license; certification in Medical/Surgical Nursing preferred; basic EKG competence; bilingual skills preferred (Spanish); basic computer skills; current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications; experience with Electronic Medical Record preferred
