Position: Supervisor
About: Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Unit Supervisor for the Med Surg/Tele units. This role involves overseeing nursing care, promoting staff growth, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards under the direction of nurse leadership.
Requirements: Bachelor of Sciences degree in nursing (individuals hired without a BSN will be required to complete a degree program within 5 years of their hire date); Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing with one (1) year of Clinical Unit Supervisor experience; Current California Nursing license; Certification in Medical/Surgical Nursing preferred; Basic EKG Competence; Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish); Basic computer skills; Current Basic Life Support (BLS); Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Experience with Electronic Medical Record preferred.
