Position: Supervisor
About: Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Unit Supervisor for the Med Surg/Telemetry department. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, managing nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role plays a crucial part in staff development and fostering a positive work environment within the hospital setting.
Requirements: Bachelor of Sciences degree in nursing; minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing with one (1) year of Clinical Unit Supervisor experience; current California Nursing license; certification in Medical/Surgical Nursing preferred; basic EKG competence; bilingual skills preferred (Spanish); basic computer skills; current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification; experience with Electronic Medical Record preferred
