Position: Supervisor
About: Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is seeking a skilled and experienced RN Clinical Unit Supervisor for Med Surg/Telemetry to oversee patient care, manage nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
Requirements: Bachelor of Sciences degree in nursing; minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing with at least 1 year of Clinical Unit Supervisor experience; current California Nursing license; certification in Medical/Surgical Nursing preferred; basic EKG competence; bilingual skills preferred (Spanish); basic computer skills; current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification; experience with Electronic Medical Record preferred
