Position: Supervisor
About: The Supervisor Clinical Acute Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the daily operations of the unit/department, ensuring effective patient care. This role is accountable for supervising staff and managing patient care for the assigned unit/department. This position identifies and achieves program goals and outcomes, while maintaining regulatory and professional standards. This role supports and maintains a cost-effective, progressive, and customer-focused service.
Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master of Science in Nursing preferred; 3 years as a Registered Nurse with 1 year in clinical specialty required; Current North Carolina Registered Nurse license required; BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider preferred
