Requirements: Current RN license in the state of work required; two years of long-term care supervisory experience preferred; three to five years of long-term care experience or similar nursing experience; excellent communication skills; ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively; ability to stand and walk for extended periods; ability to lift heavy objects using proper techniques; manual dexterity and coordination; visual acuity; must be able to manage a diversity of activities
