Requirements: Current RN license in the state of work; Two years of long-term care supervisory experience preferred; Three to five years of long-term care or similar nursing experience; Excellent communication skills; Ability to prioritize, multi-task, manage time, and organize daily schedule effectively; Ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift heavy objects, and transfer/move residents; Manual dexterity and coordination; Ability to perform necessary documentation; Visual acuity; Must be able to manage a diversity of activities
