Requirements: 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a 3-shift environment; proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team; strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to make quick decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment; excellent organizational and time-management skills; knowledge of safety practices and regulations in warehouse operations; familiarity with inventory management systems (NetSuite experience is a strong plus); ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
