About: Superica is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our Heights-based family! Superica is hiring a Bartender who is a creative thinker and great communicator, eager to re-introduce Tex-Mex to the Houston community! The foundation of the Superica beverage program is margaritas and beer, while the cocktail menu is reflective of the restaurant’s overall theme, with an emphasis on Texas-made spirits and margaritas. Our bartenders work closely with the rest of the staff to ensure bar product quality and a thorough understanding of all beverage products available, along with cocktail inspiration and history in order to tell our story to our guests. Requirements: Experience as a Bartender in a restaurant setting; Creative thinker and great communicator; Self-motivated and constantly seeking to improve; Knowledge of margaritas, beers, and Texas-made spirits; Ability to work collaboratively with team members; Strong understanding of beverage products and cocktail history
