Position: Superba AM Baker
About: Superba Food + Bread is a community-oriented establishment in Venice, dedicated to chef-driven food, craft coffee, warm hospitality, and innovative design. The menu is seasonally inspired, vegetable-forward, and emphasizes clean and healthy techniques with a focus on baking expertise. Join our Bakehouse team for the AM Shift (2:30am-11:00am). Our restaurant family includes American Beauty Steakhouse, The Win~Dow, Superba Food + Bread, Superba Snacks + Coffee, and Pitfire PIzza.
Requirements: One year of pastry and bread experience including mixing, shaping, and croissant production; ability to be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented; detail-oriented and cool under pressure; following food safety and sanitation standards; adept at problem-solving and turning challenges into positive outcomes; flexible schedule and open availability
