Position: Suites Supervisor
About: The Charleston RiverDogs, the Single-A Affiliate for the Tampa Bay Rays, is currently hiring for Part-Time Seasonal Staff for the 2025 Season. The Suites Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the staff and operations of the suite area, ensuring all guest relation concerns are handled in the appropriate manner to promote consistent improvement to the game day experience for all guests.
Requirements: Strong organizational and time management skills; demonstrated leadership and training skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; possesses excellent guest service skills; responds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; maintains high standards of food service and appearance; must have at least one-year experience in a food & beverage leadership role; must be able to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays; must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time; must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs; must be able to stand and walk for long periods while navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators; practices safe work habits, follows all safety policies and procedures, completes company-wide safety training and additional job-specific safety training.
