About: This position is responsible for providing a high-quality catering service for Suites and Luxury Boxes to achieve customer satisfaction and retention at a facility in Worcester, MA.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a service-oriented environment; ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work; pleasant personality and neat appearance; positive, customer service-oriented attitude at all times; strong knowledge of sanitary practices; work ethic that encourages strong urgency and quality in a team environment; ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; strong attention to detail; ability to work with other staff members in the facility; ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
