Position: Student Center Events & Sales Manager
About: The University of Houston System is seeking a dedicated SC Special Events & Sales Manager to provide high-quality customer service and support through planning, logistics management, and coordination for large-scale meetings, conferences, special events, and food functions reserved through the SC Conference and Reservation Services Office. The role involves working closely with various departments and service providers to ensure events are managed according to customer specifications and university policies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management or a related field; minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; strong understanding of event planning processes and logistics management; familiarity with database applications for event management; excellent communication and leadership skills
