Position: STRAT FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE
About: Provides excellent service to all hotel guests by checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering guest questions and resolving guest concerns in a positive manner. Welcomes guests with a friendly attitude, explains check-in/check-out procedures, promotes property services, and ensures guest satisfaction at all times.
Requirements: Previous experience working in a front desk, reception, or customer service position preferred; Outstanding guest service skills; Ability to proactively initiate conversations; Ability to work with upset guests compassionately; Understanding of non-verbal communication; Ability to promote property services and events; Polite and outgoing personality; Efficient cash handling and computer skills; High school diploma or equivalent preferred
