Desired previous job experience: Bistro work experience or similar; strong record of dependability and integrity; experience in supervising and coaching staff, scheduling, responding to customer needs, equipment operation, maintaining temperature logs, promoting company initiatives, managing inventory, ensuring quality displays, and complying with safety standards.
