Our Store Team Members play a crucial role in providing fast and friendly customer service, guiding customers through our wide range of offerings, and contributing to customer satisfaction and store profitability.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; associates or bachelor’s in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member Only); previous related work experience preferred; operating POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier Only); effective problem-solving and communication skills; ability to connect with customers and team members; excellent organizational skills; ability to follow safety rules and instructions accurately; basic mathematical skills; great customer service orientation
