Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; Previous related work experience preferred; Ability to connect, build rapport and engage with customers; Effective problem-solving and communication skills; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Proficient use of basic mathematical computations and common sense understanding; Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs; Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearm transactions (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member Only)
