Position: Store Supervisor – Stonecrest, GA
About: Lidl is a renowned retail company operating in over 30 countries, dedicated to providing high-quality, low-price, and hassle-free shopping experiences to its customers. They are currently looking for Supervisors to lead and support store teams in maintaining Lidls exceptional standards on the sales floor and throughout the store operations.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; 1-2 years of leadership experience; A team-oriented attitude; Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to de-escalate tense situations; Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide products over 50 pounds; Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills in English; Willingness to participate in physical store operations; Ability to work early or late shifts, including weekends; Obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
