Position: Store Supervisor (Full Time) – Washington, DC
About: Lidl is a well-known grocery store chain with a presence in over 30 countries, offering high-quality products at low prices. They are currently seeking Supervisors to lead their store teams and ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; 1-2 years of leadership experience; A team-oriented attitude; Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to de-escalate tense situations; Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide products over 50 pounds; Flexibility to work early morning or late evening shifts, including weekends; Excellent communication skills in English; Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
