Position: Store Schematics Coordinator
About: At Sprouts Farmers Market, located in various neighborhoods, is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Schematic Coordinator to maintain the overall Non-Perishable Schematic integrity in their assigned store. This position involves conducting weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities to ensure compliance with company schematic guidelines, supporting merchandising integrity in a fast-paced store environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience and/or training; strong analytical and organizational skills; excellent mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; outgoing and friendly personality with the ability to interact positively with customers, employees, and vendors; ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates; proficiency in reading schematics, price tags, hanging price tags and signs; physical ability to transfer boxes, walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours, and perform repetitive crouching/kneeling/squatting; good vision and ability to use a step ladder
