Position: Store Schematics Coordinator
About: At Sprouts Farmers Market, located in various neighborhoods, is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Schematic Coordinator to maintain the Non-Perishable Schematic integrity in their assigned store. The role involves conducting weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities to ensure compliance with company schematic guidelines and support overall merchandising integrity in the store.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 months related experience and/or training; strong analytical and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; friendly and outgoing behavior with excellent customer interaction skills; ability to work varied hours/days; capable of reading schematics and price tags and using a computer for new schematics; physical ability to lift boxes up to 17 lbs and walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours; repetitive crouching/kneeling/squatting for extended periods may be required
