Requirements: Formal Education: – High school diploma; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred Knowledge and Experience: – 1+ year previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or other Business-related field – Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends – Must have a valid driver’s license – Strong organizational and communication skills Technical Skills: – Must have the ability to learn to operate the in-store tinting machines – Must be able to operate an iPhone and computer Preferred: – Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-Related field (e.g., Sales, Business Management, Marketing) – Ability to communicate in Spanish – Previous experience in painting/coatings
