Position: Store Operations Manager (GM)

Requirements: 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment; availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun; benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality in daily business management; innate sense of true hospitality and exceptional customer service delivery to all guests; solid technical acumen in restaurant/retail business software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, and prior experience in hiring using an Applicant Tracking System; familiarity with commercial convection ovens – a plus
