About: Spirit Halloween in Lawton, OK is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the total operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, managing merchandising and inventory, and leading the seasonal store setup and teardown.
Requirements: Minimum age requirement of 21; flexible schedule availability; physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds; prior retail management experience required
