About: Spencer’s, a retail establishment, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead in St. George, UT. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest services, maximizing sales and profitability, controlling expenses, managing human resources, and overseeing merchandising and inventory operations in alignment with company policies and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum age of 21; prior retail management experience; ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds; adherence to company policies and procedures
