Requirements: Minimum High School or GED; 3 years retail/customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service; Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; Entrepreneurial mentality with sales-focused experience; Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team partners; Legal documentation for employment eligibility; Ability to work full time, including variable hours and weekends/holidays
