Position: Store Manager (PRRC)
About: The Store Manager is accountable to the District Manager and is responsible for directing, developing, and managing store staff to protect company assets, maintain store conditions and presentation, maximize sales and gross profits, and oversee customer and team member relations in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in retail management preferred; strong leadership and interpersonal skills; knowledge of merchandising techniques and inventory management; understanding of health and safety regulations
