Position: Store Manager (PRRC)
About: The Store Manager is responsible for directing, developing, and managing store staff to protect company assets, maintaining store conditions, and maximizing sales and gross profits. They are also accountable for ensuring customer and team member relations through proper controls such as sanitation, merchandising, payroll, and compliance of Company, State, and Federal policies, rules, procedures, regulations, and laws.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in retail management preferred; strong leadership and communication skills; knowledge of merchandising, inventory management, and customer service best practices
