Position: Store Manager (PRRC)
About: The Store Manager position at our retail store is accountable to the District Manager and is responsible for directing, developing, and managing store staff to protect company assets. The role involves maintaining store conditions and presentation, maximizing sales and gross profits, and ensuring excellent customer and team member relations through proper controls such as sanitation, merchandising, payroll, required record-keeping, and compliance with Company, State, and Federal policies, rules, procedures, regulations, and laws.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in retail management preferred; strong leadership and communication skills; knowledge of store operations and inventory management; familiarity with sales strategies and customer service principles
