Position: STORE MANAGER – CHERRY HILL
About: Dr. Martens, a renowned footwear brand, is opening a new store location in Cherry Hill in early May 2025 and is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing sales performance.
Requirements: 3-5 years retail management experience, preferably in footwear and/or apparel; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is a plus; Experience in staff management, scheduling, performance assessment, and professional development; Proficiency in retail merchandising, operations, MS Office Suite, and retail/register systems; Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems effectively; Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and travel up to 5%; Strong connection with the brand values and fundamental qualities
