Position: Store Manager (Bilingual)

About: Community Choice Financial, a part of the TitleMax family of brands, is seeking a skilled and bilingual Store Manager to lead operations, drive performance, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills, nurture a high-performing team, and contribute to business growth through effective account management, marketing strategies, and compliance adherence.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum one year of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience; minimum one year customer service, retail, and/or sales experience; hands-on cash management experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in using phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems; must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama); background check required; physical demands include remaining in a stationary position, ability to move up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls like a keyboard
