Position: Store Manager
About: Burlington Stores, one of the largest and fastest-growing off-price retailers in the nation, is seeking a Store Manager for their location in Edmond, Oklahoma. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing all store operations tasks to maximize sales results while embodying ‘Our Burlington’ values within the store environment. You will lead and mentor a team to provide excellent customer service and ensure a world-class shopping experience for customers.
Requirements: 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment; ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays; proficiency in computerized scheduling and reporting software
