Position: Store Manager

About: Community Choice Financial’s TitleMax® is a leading title lending company with over 900 locations in 14 states, offering cash through title loans/pawns and personal loans in select states since 1998.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum one year of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience; minimum one year customer service, retail, and/or sales experience; hands-on cash management experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in using phone system, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems; must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama); background check required; physical demands include the ability to remain in a stationary position, move and transport up to 25 pounds, move about inside and outside of the store, and operate mechanical controls like a keyboard.
