Position: Store Manager

About: TitleMax is one of the nation’s largest title lending companies, assisting thousands of individuals daily with title loans/pawns and, in select states, personal loans. Since its establishment in 1998, TitleMax has expanded to over 900 locations across 14 states.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Minimum one year of experience and proven success in a key holder, supervisory, or leadership role; At least two years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems; Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated); Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama); Background check required (subject to applicable law); Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, including remaining in a stationary position, moving and transporting up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls; Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Associate degree or higher; Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations
