Position: Store Manager
About: As a Store Manager at Kohl’s, you will provide oversight and leadership for the entire store team, delivering exceptional customer experience and fostering associate engagement. You will be responsible for guiding sales, meeting financial plans, and ensuring operational excellence to drive sales and profitability. Additionally, you will recruit, train, and make decisions regarding store personnel, while maintaining high standards of inventory management and loss prevention.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Experience supervising 20 or more associates, including performance management; Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills; Strong people management skills and talent development ability; Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
