Requirements: Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting; confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience; motivated with enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products; resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands in a retail environment; strong cognitive and mathematical skills; high level of ethics and integrity; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
