Position: Store Manager
About: United Brothers, an independent franchisee of Arco AM/PM, is now hiring for two full-time Store Manager positions in Las Vegas, Henderson, and Clark County. We are seeking a hands-on team leader who can motivate and inspire others in a fast-paced environment, hold team members accountable, and has prior experience in convenience stores or fast-food establishments.
Requirements: Must have prior management experience in convenience stores, fast food, or retail; must be 21 years or older; reliable transportation required; ability to work 6 days a week for 45-50 hours weekly; at least 3 years of sales/retail experience; at least 2 years of management experience; knowledge of Microsoft Office; basic computer skills; ability to obtain TAM Card, Sheriff Card, and Health Card; must be drug-free with a clear background check; dependable, trustworthy, and hardworking.
