Requirements: 18 years or older; 1-2 years of merchandising experience; experience leading and training people; physical ability to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 10 lbs; reliable transportation to work location; proficient in using smartphone or tablet for recording work; exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; self-motivated with a strong bias for action; safety-first mindset in a retail environment
