Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED); proficiency in basic business and finance acumen; strong analysis and problem-solving skills; focus on people development and guest service; excellent communication and computer skills; at least three years of management experience, retail management experience preferred; knowledge of general business practices; strong organizational skills; customer service aptitude; ability to operate a motor vehicle; keen interest in animals
