Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED); proficiency in basic business and finance acumen, analysis, and problem-solving skills; strong focus on people development and guest service; excellent communication and computer skills; 3+ years of management experience; previous retail management experience preferred; working knowledge of general business practices; organizational skills; passion for pets and ability to inspire and lead a team; valid driver’s license
