Position: Store Event Coordinator
About: Plan, coordinate, and facilitate events within a Michaels store to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests. Deliver friendly customer service by helping customers shop and find what they’re looking for. Complete operational tasks including truck unload, merchandise duties, and maintaining store standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in event coordination and customer service; energetic and enthusiastic personality; excellent people skills; experience working with children and children’s events; good communication and organizational skills; retail or customer service experience required; ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, lift, carry, reach, and stretch; work nights, weekends, and early mornings
