Position: Stewards – DUKE University
About: Proof of the Pudding is an award-winning catering company throughout the Southeast with a commitment to creating quality culinary concepts from scratch. They have expanded into Sports and Entertainment Hospitality Services, providing elevated concessions and premium offerings to collegiate stadiums, PGA golf tournaments, International Boat Shows, Professional Sports Teams, and more. Proof of the Pudding operates DUKE University athletics’ food and beverage program and is currently looking for Stewards to ensure efficient overall operations during athletic events at DUKE University.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to follow directions; must be a phenomenal team player; 1+ year of experience working in a kitchen or as a steward is preferred, experience in a customer service role is preferred; ServSafe Certified preferred; Planning and multi-tasking; self-motivated with a high energy level; flexibility to work events, weekends, nights, and holidays; ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
