Position: Stewarding Supervisor
About: The Biltmore Hotel is seeking a dedicated Stewarding Supervisor to maintain cleanliness and par levels of all kitchen equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to kitchen safety and food sanitation protocols, manage staff productivity and equipment inventory, and collaborate closely with the Executive Chef for effective operations.
Requirements: Education: High School Diploma; Experience: Minimum three years’ experience as an assistant chief steward in hotels with similar style and standards, fine dining experience; Skills: Ability to speak, read, write and understand English, compute accurate mathematical calculations, prioritize tasks, work cohesively with a team, possess computer skills, adept at multitasking; Physical Demands: Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, use necessary office equipment, work in moderate temperatures; Licenses or Certifications: Food Handling Certificate
