Position: Stewarding Manager – Caribe Royale Orlando Hotel
About: The Stewarding Manager is responsible for supervising utility stewards and dishwashers to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of the kitchen utility department, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring procedures meet hotel standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; Two years of Stewarding/Dishwashing experience required; Previous supervisor/management experience required; Knowledge of proper chemical handling, cleaning techniques, and use of equipment/machinery; Food safety certification is required.
