Position: Stewarding Manager
About: Cipriani, a renowned hospitality establishment, is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join their team as a Stewarding Manager. The role involves managing and overseeing the stewarding department to maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen, food storage areas, and back-of-house operations, supporting culinary and food and beverage teams.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred; strong leadership and team management abilities; ability to prioritize tasks effectively; knowledge of health and safety regulations and sanitation standards; flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules; ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods; ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally; flexibility to reach, bend, and stoop
