Position: Stewarding Manager

The role involves managing and overseeing the stewarding department to ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, food storage areas, and all back-of-house operations, supporting the culinary and food and beverage teams.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong leadership and team management abilities; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively; knowledge of health and safety regulations and sanitation standards; exposure to hot, wet, and humid conditions, as well as cleaning chemicals and equipment; flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed
